Barrier Bottle Technology

Srlon high-barrier multi-layer bottles were developed to protect the contents from oxygen through a three-layer structure of PET/Barrier/PET layers.
The multi-layer structure achieves the same preservation time without adding preservatives to the contents.
The bottle is as recyclable as traditional PET bottles.

The multi-layer blow-fill-seal integrated filling equipment is a major breakthrough upgrade carried out by Srlon on the original BFS equipment. Its unique multi-layer co-extrusion die is matched with new software and hardware to make multi-layer high-barrier containers Mass production is possible on BFS equipment.
